Initial conversation
We assess the property or the placement requirement and confirm what we can commit to.

Survey & compliance
Gas, electrical, fire safety and licensing checks completed and documented before anyone moves in.

Agreement signed
A clear 3–5 year lease with the landlord, or a framework arrangement with the local authority.
STEP 04
Managed occupancy
We place, support and inspect. Rent is paid on a fixed date whether the unit is occupied or not.
